Any help on sync AS/400 password with Microsoft Active Directory?

By the HIS or LDAP? How to do?

Using IxS or IxA? If not, it's not possible, afaik. With an IxS or IxA
you'll have a NWSD. Create an iSeries user template on Windows and make
all users member of a group (auxiliary group is fine) e.g. group
WNDWSUSR. Than use WRKNWSENR to enroll group WNDWSUSR to the NWS, and
you'll find that each user belonging to the group will automatically
have a Windows profile created, with synchronized passwords etc.
Downside (?) is that the iSeries is leading: users cannot change their
password in Windows, they must do this on the iSeries.

HIS appears to need a so called 'adapter' to sychronise passwords with an AS400:

However, Proginet also provide a no-HIS solution that seems to do the same sort of thing:
