The sysval QLMTSECOFR is controlling the logon of QSECOFR (is combined
with security-level). Allthough setting QLMTSECOFR to '0' , I'm only
able to log on to the system console. I'd like to logon with QSECOFR
from whatever client. - Are there other settings that also should be
considered ?

If QSECOFR is disabled , you can still(and only) log onto the system
console (if you know the password) ...

You are right, the profile was disabled. - I newer thought of that
since (like Paul x says) I was still able to log on to the system
console.
