Hi all,

I want to have lines within a source member (using SEU) in different
colors. I need this to add documententation inside my code.

I am using client access for windows NT.

Would appreciate your assistance and perhaps to add clarity an example
would help me. If any editing tool is necessary to achieve this
requirement, then would appreciate the name and how I could download
this software for my testing.

Thanks in advance.

It is easier than you think. With Client Access map a key, i.e.
ctrl+F2, to do this. Simply click the map keyboard icon, choose a key,
and type in "apl 22", without the quotes.
Now when you are in the source anywhere before or after your *comment
press that key and you will have white text.

Here's a list of other hex codes for colour:

APL 20 - Green
APL 21 - Green RI
APL 22 - White
APL 23 - White RI
APL 24 - Green UL
APL 25 - Green RI UL
APL 26 - White UL
APL 27 - ND
APL 28 - Red
APL 29 - Red RI
APL 30 - Blue
APL 31 - Blue RI
APL 32 - Yellow
APL 33 - Yellow RI
APL 34 - Blue UL A
APL 35 - Blue UL RI

News 400 (as it was then) back in April 2000 published a programs to
colour RPG source.
You could specify what colour you wanted for F, C specs and different
functions within C specs eg DO or If etc...

Can send you a savf of software if required.

Regards,
David
