Hello,

I'd like to know the speed connection of my AS400 on the LAN (10 or
100 mbit). How can I know that from my AS400.

Best regards,

Eric

try WRKLIND command then with option 5 you should see "Line Speed" that's the
configured value and "Current Line Speed" that's the speed negotiated betweed
the as400 nic and the connected network device (hub/switch).

Display the Ethernet LAN line description (WRKLIND) and check the
parameter "current line speed" (or "Vitesse de la ligne en cours"),
which is the negociated line speed in case of negociation with the
switch.

Note : I have found almost the time that selecting a line speed is
better than using the *AUTO negociation speed. In most of the cases, it
avoids negociation problems.

Same thing for the duplex.
